Effective marinating method

There are two types of technique are used for marinating process in this course.

First technique is frying. By frying, ingredients lose water inside, which creates the space for marinade to go in.

Second technique is leveraging the temperature difference between marinade liquid and fried ingredients. By immersing freshly-fried ingredients in the cold marinade immediately, the taste permeates the ingredients as they cool.
